We're home after a 12 hour ride (both ways) across I90 from NY to Middlebury, Indiana. The Jayco facility is really interesting and the visitor's center was very informative. Everyone was very helpful. We're hoping to have our unit back in early spring.
PU-Newbie- be careful about "bubbles" in the paper- it could indicate a serious ceiling leak.

PU-Newbie I never saw any water in the bubbles in my ceiling. The bubbles were dry when I popped them. If you have bubbles, I would get it to the dealer. Water indicates a leak in the roof.
I own a Jay Feather. I have bubbling on my ceiling in 4 places. I had water dripping in the AC area thinking it was condensation over the summer. Went camping this past weekend and did not use AC water continued to leak in large amounts. I have a 2007 Jay Feather 19 foot. What is the next step for me? I have contacted Jayco. My concerns:
Do I keep my RV?
Do I never buy a laminated product?
If it is repaired, is the resale going to be pitiful.
Do all light weight trailers have this issue?
No I would take your camper to a dealer and get them to contact Jayco explaining what the problem is with your roof. Do you still have warranty time left on your camper? I was 2 months out of my warranty and Jayco still covered it. Your camper will be like new when repaired and it should not hurt the vaule of your camper if the work is performed properly. I would buy another camper like this in a heart beat. I worked with Roger at Jayco, if that helps.
