When I see a page "hang," I click on my browser's Stop button and the the Refresh button, or click on the link again, whichever is appropriate.

Ditto here, getting more and more hangs, wait, reading, etc status messages.

Ditto hitting the 'stop' process and refresh. Or just click the button (send, post, etc) again.

Again and again and again till the AFG servers acknowledge they got it. I'm on
high speed cable, so should not be a timing issue like those with slower, or
wacky if mine is too fast for AFG's servers.

Stuff that Tom and I do can't be good for the queue, as we get 'new' requests
that way, so the server should list them as high priority, so attends to them
'now' and my old request goes into the queue...only to have the server 'get to it'
and find no longer valid...

I can see or tell when AFG changes something on their servers. Mostly for ads
or stuff like the GoodSam logos. Slow and hangs a lot.

Still slow, possibly getting worse. It varies from excellent to terrible. sometimes stopping and reloading works, next time not. Generally when it hangs up, I have to go back to the start page and begin again. Posting a message can also be really slow, sometimes impossible. Much as I enjoy RV.Net and much as I learn on here it is becoming very much of a chore to read the posts.
I am on a number of other forums and none of them behave like this one. I have a high speed DSL connection and a very new computer.
Help!

What operating system and browser are you using? Have you used one of the other portals to the forum?

I'm using Windows Vista 64 on this computer. No, I haven't tried using other portals.

I tried accessing the forums via GS and it doesn't seem to have the same hang-ups. OK, I take it back it slows down when I try to post a message and so I'm back to RV.Net. Are there any other portals that you can suggest?

Accessed the site through TrailerLife and what a treat that was. No hang ups, no need to hit refresh. Wow!
Thanks for the help!
