Suddenly it seems PM is working again. Anything that tried to use the "secure site" would just hang there but a few minutes ago started working .... for now.

RV.Net was the first portal to come back online. What message are your getting, or is it just a "timed out" situation?
I do notice more pages seem to "hang." When that happens, I click on my browser's Stop button and the the Refresh button or click on the link again, which ever if appropriate.
