We are probably taking delivery within a few weeks for a 2010 Keystone Springdale. Does anyone have any good or bad feedback about Keystone RVs, their quality, etc. We are getting out a used Jayco we purchased last year because of numerous problems, so we hope to be placed in a better unit this time around.

Hi Robert
I've had two Keystone product's including a Springdale 283RBH FW. We now have a Laradeo 29RL FW and loved both units. All makes and models have some problems. The dealer you buy from is a huge part of the game.If they are good and take care of the customers you'll be happy.

Well, the dealer is the reason for this change. They damaged our current unit...backed into it twice. Then they replaced used parts that appear to be delaminating. The only way to get a decent trade was to pitch a fit with them and the corporate office to get somewhat of a reasonable trade. We're taking a loss in trade values, but its about $4000 more than anywhere else. I've looked at the new unit, which has a manufactured date of 10/22/09, so everything looks alright so far. I am planning on changing dealerships after I get out of this mess.

Great level of features in the Keystone Springdale. I'm sure you will be quite pleased, just do a good PDI as it sounds this dealer is inept.

We bought a 2009 Springdale 266RLSSR in September 2009. We have a three-year-old boy and a shih tzu. We've used the trailer for four trips of long weekend camping. We love it. Springdale is right on the money with this model. Great features, but moderately priced. This was perfect the fit for our first TT and we can see keeping this one for several years. I was actually surprised at how nice the interior was. Very happy with this purchase.

Opinion? Yeah, Keystone has got to have the longest model numbers in the industry! Good grief...will that even fit on the title?

Springdale is a good trailer. You should be pleased.
