What mapping software do you use?
I use microsoft streets & trips and am disappointed with it.
I cant edit the names of the way points. It would nice to not see I-20six times in a row. Can you edit the names in any other software?

Stuck in first....As you create your stops on the left side of the "Street & Trips" window (add to route) edit them there. Pick one of your stops, right click, and it will let you rename the stop.

I use S&T, DeLorme and Trailer Life campground CD. All for different reasons. To me S&T is the easiest to use. If I could only have one it would be the Trailer Life.

I use DeLorme Street Atlas and Topo when in mountainous areas. We also have Trailer Life CD. My only complaint about Trailer LIfe is that the roads are a little difficult to distinguish on their software. If the roads were darker or bolder I would use it more. Anybody konw how to address this issue with Trailer LIfe??

Can the Streets and Trips be upgraded? I see S&T 2006 w/gps advertised for only $44. If you buy that, can you upgrade it as part of the program, or is it like the different Windows and when they quit supporting them?

I have S&T 2007. I tried the right click on the Route planner. There is no option to edit. You have to put a correct address in and once you click ok the address appears with a number. Once in the box you cant edit it

Each year of S&T is a version. If you want to upgrade you get a later year. You can use just about any GPS receiver with S&T. I have used a bluetooth GPS with two different versions.

You probably need a later version to edit the names of the stops.
