Anyone know what the longest pull trailer toy hauler is? I am not talking about a custom one made by star-tracks but one that is actually commercially available. I know warrior had a couple of very long ones (custom made) at one time and I believe their top end trailer pegged out at 34 feet but I do not know if that was box size or if it included the 3' tongue.

WW standard box length max was 32' but they did make a few, very few 34' box length as a standard production trailer, with tongue they would be 38'.

I was just looking at purchasing a slightly used (generator had 12 hours on it) 2008 3200 WW pull trailer that actually measured about 36 feet, triple 6000 pounds axles, slide out in the cargo area,16 inch wheels, gross weight 13,000. Really nice! From what I can learn they are still being made in Idaho, Mark is still at the helm, and some new ones have been popping up at RV shows in the Oregon area. I don't think the new ones are much longer than 30 feet, however.

It looks like Forest River and Keystone are making the longest non custom tow-behinds right now.

My 3200 has a 32' box with another 4' or so for the tongue.

Actually, I remember seeing a 39' warrior pull trailer several years ago and it was a bowling alley. I used to pull a 39' bunkhouse travel trailer around years ago, prior to toy hauler addiction. Most of us just talk about the "big" 5th wheels but did not know if any company was getting into the market with big toy hauler trailers. PS. I am out of room for the toys and pulling doubles is next

My Weekend Warrior was 41' overall, so about 37' for the box.

Tongue weight was 3200 pounds, so using a regular hitch receiver was out of the question. It turned out to be too heavy for itself, and the A-frame broke off while I was driving cross-country back to the dealer to have the welds repaired.

I saw a full throttle one like that and it was very nice. Seemed to be really long also.
