Usually the "Power Gear"system contains a "Control Module" that contains two relays(one "Extend"& one "Retract".The module is printed circuit board. It has a multi pin rectangular electrical connector.
On my coach (Fleetwood Excursion),the modules are located in what I refer to the electrical equiptment lower compartment,it is on back wall near ceiling.Compartment contains invertor/convertor,120 VAC camp sight hook-up cable, battery transfer relay, etc.
Go to www.powergearus.com for trouble shooting help.
Update on my slideout.
Finally found the control module with reset relay and fuse. On my coach it was located in compartment under refrig. It turned out to be a bad fuse (20 amp / 240 volt). Went to Radio shack here in the Florida Keys and found the replacement fuse.
