In '08, Franzia was available in most larger cities and towns in AK. It was priced 30% to 50% higher than in the lower 48.

I've heard of it, but never actually encountered anyone bringing a ham sandwich to a smorgasbord......have fun and let us know if their beer and wines measure up

I have seen it here in BC but can't remember where or when.......Maybe I was drinking it causing the memory loss.
