My '06 Fleetwood Pace Arrow is coming up on the 6 year mark for our tires. I keep my MH stored under cover and I've put Sunblock on the tires once each year, but I think I'm still coming up on the time to replace them. Does anyone have any good tire recommendations for brands/size/price here in the Tampa, FL area?
Thanks in advance,
Karen

I replaced the Michelins on my 96 southwind with Hankook tires.
I'm happy with them, I'll buy Hankook again.

If they are Michelin's replace at 7 years.
Goodyear replace at 10 years.

When I had the Michelin's on our Pace Arrow replaced, I went to Gator Ford and they suggested Kumho tires. I asked around and found that they are really popular and in wide use outside the US. I had them installed and 6 years later I'm very happy with the results. They do ride a bit rougher than the Micelins but wear/service has been great.

Lobstah - where did you get them installed?
JoeH - I just had my oil changed at Gator Ford. What did they charge you (if you don't mind me asking) to replace your tires? I've never heard of Kumho tires.

TRIKER33, can you give us some authority on the 'if they are Michelin, replace at 7 years'?
That sure isn't Michelin's recommendation on their RV tire website.
Retired after 40 years in the tire industry; seen it all and done most of it.
