We have a Norcold Fridge in our 2008 DP.
Every few days the fridge compartment overhead ices up and a day or so later defrost which causes a significant puddle on the bottom of the fridge compartment.
Freezer compartment doesn’t have a problem.
Haven’t seen this before.
Thoughts?

Dan, you don't say which fridge model you have, but there should be a drip tray below the cooling fins in the fridge compartment. The drip try has a hose connected to it that carries the defrosted water outside the box to a collector pan below the outside cooling tubes.
My "guess" is the hose is either blocked or has become disconnected inside the fridge which in turn is letting water puddle inside with nowhere else to go.

On mine there is a small plug in the end of the drain hose. There is a small hole in the end of the plug.
When that gets stopped up I get the same symptoms you mentioned.
Some folks remove the plug but I suspect it is there to slow the drain water down so it evaporates in the tray in the compartment behind the refrigerator so I left mine in and clean it every three years or so.

I third this solution. I have the same model and this is exactly what happened to me. At first I thought the factory had forgotten to remove the plug in the drain line and pulled it off and left it off. The little trough that the water drains into can only hold about 6 ounces so it filled quite rapidly and was getting the compartment wet from over flowing. I then read on here that the plug actually has a hole in it, albeit very small. I retrieved the plug and ran a small solid wire through it and put it back into the drain tube. No more frosting over of the coils and no more wet compartment. Problem solved.
Hope this helps

It's a 1210 Corkey. The tray below the fins is full with ice right now. I don't see a hose but I haven't looked real close yet.

dan Looking into the fridge on the bottom left hand side of the drip tray is a nipple pointing to a hole through the back of the fridge. There's a hose connected to it that runs through the back of the box and down the back (outside) into another drip tray. When working right the water will evaporate from the outside drip tray.
Like the others have said, .. pull the plug on the end of the hose (from outside) and the water should drain. Clean the small hole in the plug, replace it in the hose, make sure the hose end is positioned in the outside drip tray and your done.
Clean the small hole in the plug every few months and it shouldn't ever cause a problem again.

It is possible for the water in the tray (below the fins) to freeze preventing the water from draining out.

That may be happening Dan.
Very cold back there. Ices up quickly and anything near the fins freezes up.

Thanks everyone.
I had a kink in the hose. Also hose end nipple was clogged.
