Yes we are fulltime now. Parked on 12 acre piece of land out in the country. Closest neighbor is our landlord. So far so good!

I know our cat took to the RV like an old friend. She only protested when in the cage on the way to our new home. I actually think she is happier now then before we went full time.

Congrats on the new tow rig!! I would go with the Prodigy P-3. I would suggest you order it online from RV wholesalers. I have purchased many items from them. When I got my Prodigy they had the best price bar none.

Backed in, unhitched and finish leveling it off when it starts to roll. YIKES!!! Fortunately, it didn't roll very far, but far enough to give me a good scare.

So, here is an update on Beth & Myself.
Beth was informed a couple weeks ago that her job is being "reclassified". In other words, unless you can become and RN (registered nurse) overnight, your done. They are offering her 8 weeks severance pay at the end.
My job is not what it used to be. Things are starting to pick up, but I don't think we will ever enjoy the hay-days of 2005 thur 2007 again.
We have been on the edge financially for the last year or so. Beth's job situation will put us over the edge.
The options were, off the 5th wheel and the truck. At that point we might be able to survive in the house.
Or walk away from a home we owe way more the its value (thanks housing market bubble).
I was on the fence with getting rid of the toys. Beth says "thats not an option". If we did get rid of the toys, and still had to walk away from the house at a later date, we would be left with no backup living arrangement.
After several months of thought, we are going to take the plunge. We are going to become full-timers! It going to be a challenge, living in such close quarters with a baby. However I hope it will also be a learning experience.
I also hope it will allow us the opportunity to travel more. Beth's job never really allowed us to travel. I hope that whatever job she ends up with, will be more flexible with vacation time and days off.
So the search has begun for a place to park the 5th wheel. We found a place out in the country on private land. However it is a long ways out. So anyone with any suggestions, speak up.
Anyway, that that latest on our lives. Hope to see everyone in May, if not sooner.
Hey Laura, you better call Port Townsend and set up the August meet!

John, have you ever weighed that trailer loaded (the trailer, not you!)?
So, do we need to weigh Jon's trailer when HE is not loaded, then again when HE is loaded? Could be fun to watch!

Ryan, is that offer to fix our trailer still good? We might drop it off at your place on the way home if so. If I'm going to boondock in Utah, I'd really like to have some power.
Yup. Sure is. No charge for labor, you just gotta buy any parts that are needed.
