We have an Open Road 349RL3S made by Pilgrim. Very happy with the quality, price and factory support. Has everything but 2nd a/c and weighs in at 12255 out the factory door.

Look into the Jayco Designer series. The new 2006 and 2007 models are for full timing and have a lighter weight then most. It's usually the slides that cause a weight problem. Each slide adds about 1,000 lbs.

Well looks like you have
#1 Will have to live with a 33-34' or less 5er, on the door of the DRW 05 3500 GMC I drive it says 11,400. That will give you what a max of 2,500# pin weight that you will have to live with?
#2 Get your self a Peterbuilt
#3 Have you heard the old story if you have a accident with a over loaded 5er your insurance Co. will not know your name but every Lawyer in the country will.

P.S. We went with a HH 33'LK {in 06 it became a 34'LK} Nu-Wa Premier wife can pull it with here 05 SRW F350 door says 11,000# & it has a KING BED. You can get it with Champagne options, like no half moon window in the back I do not like that window, the rest of it I like.

Of course you do, I didn't mean to imply otherwise. You already have the TV, we don't.

Somehow, I think we will manage to get the job done in our own way.

I think you will also. I wish you luck on your search.

Remember, it takes all kinds to make a horse race! But thanks for that suggestion anyway.

Of course it does. It would be pretty boring if everyone had the same thing.
