yep, mine is a 2005 with the Honda engine/tranny. and it does have heated seats, but didn't notice that that was a requirement by the OP.

Ford Escape Hybrid or Mercury Mariner Hybrid - - nice multipurpose vehicles with great fuel economy & they come in 4WD versions that would work well in your New England winters. (They also are available in 2WD versions.) In addition, both vehicles in either 2WD or 4WD are still eligible for the Federal Tax credit of up to $3,000.
