When have you recieved outstanding customer service? Please select one or more of the following and give your best examples of excellent customer service.
Automotive or Truck Repair Shop- What have they done ?
Dry Cleaner- Have you had your TC cushions cleaned? and what was the result?
Grocery Store- Do you stock up to the extent you can and do they stock smaller packaging?
RV Repair- What have they done to earn your business?
RV Manufacture- What have they done for you and will they have the oppourtunity to sell you another unit in the future.

Harbour Breeze cieling fans.
Busted a fan blade, called for a replacement, they said $50.00 for a set.
I said I would check around, I called back 3 months later,
the guy said whats your address, you'll have them in about a week??
No charge. I didn't want to ask why the person before tried to sell them to me.
But I do concider that good customer service.

Auto Repair Shop. Auto stopped one Saturday night on the way home. The mfg wanted to tow it to the closest dealer but I didn't want them to, so I called my dealer he said tell them to tow in here and we'll take care of it. He had a loaner waiting on me when we got there and fixed the problem and found another and fixed it while they had it. Even went as far as washing the bugs off it before they ruined the paint because it was during love bug season.
This ain't just good customer service, it's GREAT customer service.

RV manufacturer.
I have had very good service from Keystone when I was inquiring before I bought and great support from the engineering department with blueprints for my modifications after I bought.
My dealer was also stellar!!

Les Schwab in Reno - stopped in to get a front end alignment on our class C. It took much longer than anticipated to start on the job so they did it for free.

Tred Shed in Antioch, California. Didn't buy my tires there but went in to have a tire fixed. They made the repair and rotated the tires and didn't charge me anything. Said maybe I might use they for a tire source in the future.
Felt so bad had to at least offer to pay for the repair as the tires were almost new. Only charged me $15.00 for the repair.
Very nice people.

Im a long time critic of happijac But I had a proplem with one of my jacks that was shown to the Bigfoot people at the factory ,they said if the problem got worse they would take of it ,guess what when the problem started getting worse Bigfoot said they couldnt get a response form HJ and I should call . I did and HJ handled the problem in minutes ,Nuf said for now!!!!! HJ Bigfoot

I just had my rubber roof repaired (replaced) by the manufacturer Travel-Lite. Larry Johns is a great owner and bent over backwards to fix up my slashed up roof. They did a great job at a great price. This has been a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.
He also mentioned that they work on other campers.
