Have owned two Jaycos, started with a PUP and now have a TT. Jayco and dealer have always been good when warranty work was needed.

I've had a Forest River 2005 Pop Up and now a 2008 Jayco Travel trailer.

I'd never own another Forest River. Terrible warranty, Terrible customer service, terrible build quality, equals a terrible owners experience.

The Jayco hasn't been without problems but Jayco has fixed all of the issues and is fixing another without any problems. I'm disappointed in the quality of the Jayco, but their warranty and customer support are equal to Starcraft (had their Pop Up as well) in being EXCELLENT!

Jaycos problems haven't been structural so it's been moderate problem IMO or minor problems to some others. The Forest River was structual with electrical, and riddled with poor build quality that required tons of rework.

Forest River, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Have a good one.

Well, here is another one for Jayco, we have spent 50 plus nights now in our 07 Jay Flight 31 BHS that we bought brand new in Oct 07 and no complaints. Pulled it in the BC rockies extensively and been to Cypress Hills interprovincial park in SW Saskatchewan. All over Alberta too. Seems to be quite well built, sturdy, good quality. No real complaints here. Would definitely buy another Jayco.

Good luck!

We purchased a new 09 31 BHDS G-2 in Aug last year I have been living in it since working on the road in construction. I have had no problems think it was a good investment. Will buy Jayco again.

Well,

We just ordered our 6th Jayco(320rlds Eagle). Had two other brands over the years and have always gone back to Jayco.

Are perfect and never have a problem? Well no but Jayco has always take care of the issues. Including one time when thay paid a 2300 dollar repair bill on a 10 year old popup with out even blinking.

Thats customer service. Go Jayco. All RV maufacturers have their horror stories but I think you find fewer about Jayco than the others.

Just had our entire roof structure replaced. Our TT was out of warranty 9 months prior to finding delamination on our roof. When I contacted Jayco, the warranty specielist 1st reply was that we were out of warranty. Long story short we were told to take it to a dealer for an inspection.

As soon as shop service manager looked he said yes we needed a new roof. We were notified by the shop manager, that our new roof structure had been ordered, and as soon as it came in, the old roof structure would be remooved, and the new structure installed and re-covered with EPDM rubber. Not the TPO which had been used on many Jayco products in model years 2005-2007.

We got a win, win, win deal out of this ordeal.
#1- We learned 1st hand what customer service really is. Thanks Jayco
#2- We met a Great dealership. Ours now. Thanks to Campers Corner, Knoxville, Tn.
#3- We got a new roof, excellent job by the guys at Campers Corner.

The dealer and company makes the difference.
