It appears to me it just adds an additional maintenance item that is not needed.

How would back the trailer? This unit is stationary, the wheel doesn't ossculate. Therefore all you have done is move your pivot point back about 18 inches. It would give you a smaller turning radius

I'd put my Expedition in Reverse to back the trailer. I can't think of any other way.

I've no idea what this device would do to the turning radius. Nor why it would make a difference. Probably gonna be tire scrub, just like what happens with the dual axles not.

You're asking questions like I'm trying to sell you this device. I'm not.
