Is there a big difference between a 32" and a 19" watt draw? Also if going to a 19" and a dish network rec. what wattage inverter would I need.
Thanks phaz
Look on the backs of the receiver and the TV and then add up the total. Add about 25% more watts for start up and that will be the size of the inverter. You can plug that size of inverter into a cig lighter type socket where as is you add too much safety factor you will have to hard wire it to the battery.
Went to Tiger Direct and compared a couple of different LCD TV's. 32 watts for a 19" and 84 watts for a 32" LCD. You probably will be able to do it with a 200 watt inverter with either size.
