here on RV.net (and especially the class B forum)! After a couple of years of asking him many questions and getting expert advice from Rodger, I had the opportunity to meet him this week! I was in Tucson for a wedding and I PM'd him and ended up spending the day with Rodger, Donna and Kobe. Rodger even helped fix a problem with my flatscreen mount. It was a great end to a wonderful weekend in sunny Tucson! Thank you, Rodger and Donna, for your hospitality. (And Rags says hello to Kobe!)

Here's what I did instead of visit Rodger and Donna!

Lynne - Has that Pleasureway learned to use it's web feet? And...so how many inches of rain caused that much flooding.

Arizona could probably use that moisture.

mmckell - Did Rodger look relaxed not having to moderate this forum? Probably got 2 part-time jobs to take up his time.

Hi,

You meet some of the nicest people at RV rallies too!

I met a bunch of great people at a RV rally in 2004, and have been back for more when I can get to them.

So far I have met one moderator that has since retired from moderating, and 2 other members that became moderators. It looks like it would be fun, if I had the spare time.

Have fun camping.

Fred.

We stopped by Phoenix, AZ (about 45 minutes from Rodger's area I think) on our cross country trip this summer on the way back. (Actually, Scottsdale to visit a cousin.)

I thought about sending Rodger a PM but I said to myself, "Nah, he's too busy with the moderator thing and all...").

Shucks. I should have contacted Rodger anyway. I missed a good opportunity there. We will catch him when we go back there in the near future. (My DW wants to do the swing our west again sometime).
