Sounds good on the DVR. I could probably buy the tri-pod and signal finder from a guy here in Key Largo but I still need the dish! I might stop and pick up the DVR, though. I wish I could remember what I have at home in the fifth wheel that was never used. I carried it just in case and forgot to put it in this rig.
Is there any problem with telling DTV what I'm doing? Used to be they wanted a new service; then they wanted $4.99 a month. Now I understand there is no problem?

No problem. You are just adding another rec. to your system. Same account and location will be RV. Just the added $4.99 a month.
I have 2 rec. in house and 1 in RV. My last rec. came from Best Buy.

DW and I watched it today.
Big improvment to past shows.
Chi Lein just goes by what she is told. At least they did not push all those big $$$ DP's on us this year.
We did think the #1 gadget everyone should have was a real bummer.
Can just see someone park that close to your site. Just a party machine. Draw a bunch of loud drunks.

Yep Very few of those up north in IL/WI. back than. Than they only hit the road in summer. Winter salt on the road would eat them up.

Do not see a need for them on the outside. Unless you can operate the MH with remote from outside.
I always just had them inside on dash and driver door. (inside)

Some even called them a Sex Van.

Any good propane supplyer can replace the valve. Tank will have to be emtyed. So you may want to wait till tank is almost emty. Rather than waste all that propane
Only time our propane tank gets turned off. Is when it is being refilled.

On our last Class A's with floor vents. I bought some window screening. Cut to size to fit vent under side. Placed back in hole. Kept a lot of dog hair out. Once a year I removed vents and vaccumed out. Very little dirt or hair.

Did LONG before it became a law. Do it whenever anything is parked along side the road. If possable. Motorist broke down, repair crews.

Go to Best Buy. Get your DVR for $99.0 +tax. Install yourself.
When I wanted a DVR fro MH. DirecTV said it would cost me $99.9 from them plus they would send out an installer.
Told them I did not need an installer. Simple hook up.
They suggested I get it from Best Buy than.
Did just that. Comes with activation card also.
We also have DNS. Do not want local ch's. Use Over the air ant for that wherever we are.
