RE: Open low drain point before filling lines with antifreeze?

I open the low point drains and faucets after dumping, the last trip in the fall then leave them open on the drive home. I think the movement and jostling on the trip helps get more water out. Then winterize with the pink stuff. I think in response to your question though. If what came out the faucet when you winterized is as bright pink as the stuff in the bottle you're probably ok. If it looked diluted it probably is. Milt
