RE: How many of us are there? Owners of Dodge based RV's?

If you have a factory gas tank and sending unit from dodge it should be 73 thru 10 ohms .

RE: Issues with tires and rims. 1976 dodge motorhome

225/75/16 is the size most of us who have swapped to 16"s use. i did about 4 years ago and they fit and function better than new. LoL i would Also verify that you have the 16" stud centered/coined rims which are the correct ones to use on dodge duallys up until 1993. Here,s a good writeup on the subject with some pictures etc. http://www.nicksgarage.com/brougham_wheels.htm

RE: Another tire size question

Besides being about 2" taller and about 500lbs stronger capacity, their also about 1/2" wider than the oem size. If you have,nt done so already i,d check to see if the rear duals show any signs of touching each other. Check how much clearance is in between them etc. If their kinda close sitting still they Might be kissing each other going over dips and bumps in the road .

RE: Help. Bought old Rv. What next

The output shaft would have to be swapped out to match the tail housing and that requires a complete tear down of the trans. At which point you,d be better off rebuilding your existing trans. The 727 ,s are the easiest trans. there are to work on /rebuild. But sounds like your pressed for time and learning a trans. overhaul is not something you wanna rush.

RE: no tv reception on 2008 rv

My Home cable tv provider W.O.W. switched over to digital signals about 6 months ago . Now any older predigital tv set has to have WoW,s own specific little convertor box to pick up the stations. A standard/universal store bought convertor box won,t work with this provider !@#$%# Perhaps the place you were at had the same service ?

RE: Lost wheel simulator: Anyone paint hub and lugnuts

I think silver or gray painted wheels along with Some of the optional factory center caps and trim rings would look nice on your rig bulmart. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHEVROLET-SILVERADO-GMC-SIERRA-3500-DUALLY-DRW-16-FACTORY-STOCK-OEM-WHEELS-RIMS-/221066759411?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33789b0cf3&vxp=mtr The above link is just to show what i,m talking about.....you can find JUST the factory center caps on ebay for as low as $20 for a set of 4
