RE: Please read what this forum is about before posting

I just click on 'Newest' and read everything. I don't care if it's a question about cooking in the Class A forum. I don't get excited if something is in the wrong forum. :C

RE: NPS Sequestration. A reversal!

of course this whole "sequestration " thing was nonsense to begin with. a 5% cut of the "proposed " increase. instead of cutting out "fluff" the admin. wanted to impact the public the most. did they get rid of the Congressional barber we are paying for? NO. any training cancelled? NO. bonuses not granted, NO. etc. etc. bumpy Don't forget the U.S. Marines being used as umbrella holders. :W

RE: Whose fault is it!!! Follow up to "You forgot to do what".

I don't agree with the posters that said, "Walk away." RUN AWAY! :) The best advice yet!

RE: fleetwood southwind 1996 34 foot petrol chevy

You probably have the Auto Park system on your Southwind. Do some reading and become familiar with how it works. I have one on my 97 Southwind.

Nice. You got a good truck at a low price and, it does everything a 50K+ truck will do. Enjoy!

RE: New Kid on the Block

Welcome to the forum. I don't tow so I can't help with your question. I'm sure someone will have an answer for you. There is a lot of good info available on the forum, don't hesitate to ask questions. RV Park Reviews may (or may not) help with your search for a campground.

RE: installing a house toilet in our trailer

Please, give us an update after a few thousand miles of towing. Let us know if there are any problems. I also think it would crack or leak from the bouncing, especially where the tank attaches to the bowl. Hopefully you will not have any problems. Your wife is happy. Nuff said.

RE: Here is something you would not see much in the US

I think the OP is correct. We won't see many of these in the US. But, it is an interesting unit and it looks like it could go just about anywhere. Thanks for sharing.

RE: See my first modification. Tell me what your was!

I think the OP's first mod is a necessity and should be standard equipment on all RV's. :)

RE: Mississippi to Maritimes--best route to bypass NYC

To miss NYC you need to stay away from I-95. Suggest taking I-40 to I-81 towards Scranton PA and then pickup I-84 heading east into Connecticut. Once in CT you have to take a route that will take you north of Boston. It's pretty easy figure out using Google maps. You are looking at 1600+ miles one way. x2. That's the way we go to Bangor, ME. Just take I-81 N to Scranton, PA. Do a Google Maps directions search from Scranton to the town in Nova Scotia you'll be visiting. It will give you the best route. Enjoy your trip.
