Ladder/chair rack

Thinking about getting a ladder rack that goes on the back of the MH to hold the step ladder and a couple of chairs. Was wondering how everything is secured onto the MH, don't want things dropping off while going down the road or getting legs while camped some where.

Winter Relaxing

Looking for input as to best places to just relax over the winter months in Arizona. Probably around the Phoenix or Tucson area, we would like to spend 3 or 4 months away from the Colorado cold.

AC service in CO---Update

I was able to find a refrigerator repairman in Pueblo, CO that also works on RV's. He went up on the roof took the AC cover off found at the AC had a leak in the line. He was able to solder the leak, put a fitting into the line and recharged the unit. He even had a 30 amp receptacle on the side of the building so I could plug in and not have to run the generator. Works great once again and about a 1/4 the cost of having a new one installed.

RE: AC service in CO

Me and my mountain men drinking buddies are up in Central City but when they sober up we can be there tomorrow. Darrel and Darrel might not look like much but they mean well. I'm the one without a beard. They do the work. I supervise. :)

and do they know about AC units?? I suppose you charge mileage too since I'm in Pueblo West that might get a little expensive.

AC service in CO

I am having problems with the front AC unit on the MH, it's not blowing cold air. Since it is a sealed unit don't think it would be out of freon but is it compressor or something else. Was wondering if any members lived in the Colorado Springs area and if you do any recommendations as to where to take mine.
Thank you

Power steering fluid

Was going to top off the power steering fluid but noticed what was in the reservoir was RED and the new bottle of fluid is clear. Does it hurt to mix them??

RE: Black tank exit

If you slightly loosen the bolts that hold the valve you could rotate the valve.
valve does not rotate, just a straight shot.

RE: Black tank exit

I knew I wasn't making myself clear, the problem I am having is that the area where the sewer hose exits the MH does not line up with the black tank valve. There is a screw in cap covering the sewer hose exit and I would like to enlarge that exit. Where would I find a larger screw in cap.

Black tank exit

I want to put a clear tube onto the black tank valve but when they made the hole where the sewer hose exits the compartment it doesn't line up. It is all I can do to connect the hose to the outlet. If I was to enlarge the opening is there someplace to purchase the material used to close the opening. Hope I am making sense.

Cold then warm

If it's in the low 30's at night and then warms up into the 60's during the day will I be safe if I de-winterize the MH this week end or should I wait until it gets warmer at night.
