I have a Ford f450 with a motorhome body on it. The rear springs {the single leaf overload ones} squeak when they contact the stops. I have greased them but that only works for a short time. Any suggestion

AirLift or RideRites. The F450 gives a comfortable ride but camper weight does make the contact between overloads and the stops. Only solution I have found is the same as on my old F350 and that is AirLifts. But I didn't add AirLift for the squeek I did it to improve what felt like mushy steering and to improve the height of my trailer hitch on the end of a 3' extention bar.
Take a raidator hose slide it over the helper spring and cut the excess off. this should stop the noise.

I to have sqeeky springs but i noticed with the camper on the extra springs are barely weighted and this causes the rubber blocks to rub and squeek.I put graphite lubricant on and it helps alot but you must remember to do it often. The rad hose sounds simple but what if you mounted rubber blocks on the top of the springs and when the touched it would be rubber to rubber. My two cents worth

I had a similar noise with my Lance 1120 loaded on my 2000 F-350 SRW(camper package, overload springs, etc). A pair of Firestone Ride Rites quieted it right down.
