Walked into our coach and found ink all over the front dash. My 4 year old daughter, with pen in hand, said she didn't do it. It's probaly my fault, I left the pen there. Does anybody have any hints to get the ink off without wrecking the vinyl, so far all I've used is bad language to no avail.

Thanks in advance---

Looks like hair spray or rubbing alcohol may be your best bet. Check out this website:Removing Ball point pen ink

Good luck!

I just saw a commercial for Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I haven't tried it but I thought it might work. (I read this thread earlier and didn't say anything since I had no insight but when I saw the commercial, I made sure I would make note of it here.) We have been happy with the Mr. Clean Auto-Dry car wash so the magic eraser might not be that bad...who knows?

You might want to look for some professional help. We bought a slightly used Holiday Rambler last year complete with a small rip in the seat. We found a company in Mesa that repaired the seat so well that you can't even see where it was damaged. There was also a black stain on the dash & for another $20 the girl that was doing the repairs mixed up some magical solution, rubbed it into the vinyl on the dash & immediately turned it into a new dash.Don't know what it was & she just laughed when I asked her about & said it was a trade secret. Anyway,to this very day our dash is as good as new.Lots of luck.

Ditto on Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Try it first.
