This is a sauce my Uncle used to make to put on Blue fish at our yearly clambakes. You can cut it in half if you don't need a big amount.

BABCOCK SAUCE
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons hot mustard
1 quart clam broth
1 teaspoon salt ( don't use if clam broth is salty)
2 teaspoons pepper
Melt butter and blend in flour and mustard. Add clam broth slowly and stir until blended. Bring to a boil about 2 minutes, add salt and perpper to taste.
