I'll add, attempt 5 failed because you used the wrong URL
Also, I notice that you have started using 2 size parameters, both height and width. You should only use one, usually width. The display engine will only use the first one it sees and automatically adjust the second one to keep the picture in proportion. Again, you should see the tutorial I linked to above.
Thanks, I been away for a while and I think I have now figured it out again. Thanks for the tip, I will review the link. Next I will be working profiles and signatures. Its OK to practice here, isn't it?

pulsar...Thank you for the info. I did finally post the image in a reply in the thread I was working on. I'm attaching the image here just to see if what I learned actually stuck in my feeble brain. :-)

Flickr is not forum friendly - any forum. From their quidelines:
The direct link to a photo file is no longer shown on the page. Per the Flickr Community Guidelines "pages on other websites that display content hosted on flickr.com must provide a link from each photo or video back to its page on Flickr." Linking directly to the photo file doesn't do this.
To display a picture on this forum requires a direct link to the photo. If one can find the direct link, it would work, but violate their guidelines. Here is what a direct URL looks like,
I suggest that you choose another host site. In the FAQs at the top of Forum Technical Support, you can find tutorials for on how to use 4 different host sites. Look in the Posting pictures in text section.
