looking for some reviews for the above model. All I seem to find is the one post that someone had a bad experience (searched here and elsewhere on the Internet and only see his post).
Thanks!

As many of those things that have been sold, one public complaint ain't bad! One voluntary recall in 2007-
ON CERTAIN TRAVEL AND FIFTH WHEEL TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH HICKORY SPRINGS 'BIG EASY TRIPLE STEPS,' AN IMPROPER ENGAGEMENT OF THE BOTTOM STEP PIVOT ARM WITH THE FORMED STOP EDGE OF THE MIDDLE STEP SUPPORT BRACKET CAN RESULT IN THE BOTTOM STEP ROTATING TO AN UNSAFE DOWNWARD ANGLE.
Consequence Summary: A PERSON COULD BE INJURED SHOULD THE STEP GIVE WAY WHILE BEING USED TO ENTER OR EXIT THE TRAILER.
Thats it!

I can't speak to the unit you speak of, but I would offer this....
I was agonizing over the purchase of a Keystone Cougar. We had a Jayco, and have heard the praises over and over about Jayco. We have not heard so much about the Keystone line.
Did a lot of internet background searching and could only find a dozen or so complaints.
I thought about it and pined over it and realized the following...
1. People are eager to complain and negligent to praise.
2. As many units as Keystone has sold, I could only find a dozen or so complaints, they must be O.K.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing in my book is your dealer. If you have a standup dealer with a great reputation, you should be fine, after all it is the dealer you will be fighting with if something is wrong.
Good Luck

I would not worry as much about complaints but how did the manufacturer resolve the issues. Jayco has a reputation for keeping customers happy.

We looked at one on a dealers lot and really liked it but man it is a long sucker. Wouldn't come close to fitting on the site in our cg. With that said it seemed like a nice unit well constructed and seemed like they looked at the details in the camper before shipping unlike some other manufacturers rigs we have looked at in the last year or so. We are seasonal campers and if it would fit on our lot I sure would get one.

Hi -- we are starting our 3rd season with our 2007 Jayco Bungalow and still LOVE IT as much as the day they delivered it to our seasonal site. I can't even think of any complaints that we have had about it -- like - I wish this was there, or that was there. We just love it.
Good luck in makingyour decision.

We have a 2009 Bungalow Bunkhouse (40 BHS) and have been very pleased. We had previously bought a new 2006 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. The quality difference it huge. Jayco uses the best materials, and really has figured out what works for the demands of an RV. We fulltime in it, and have two little kids, so we are not easy on it...
