I am at home, RV in the driveway. My son was grabbing something out of the RV and his foot hit my monoxide alarm near the floor and it started firing off.

I have no idea why. I'm unplugged, nothing is one. My battery is very low but other than that nothing else seems out of the ordinary.

Any ideas?

Plug in the rig. When the battery gets low, the CO2 detector will go off. It has happened to me before.

Replace the battery. Put it back, then see if it goes off.

Sometimes even with new batteries our will beep a lot but not really go off and I have found the test button will make it normal again.

Usually the propane leak detector is the alarm near the floor, not the Co which is usually up on a wall near the ceiling.
also, LPG detectors usually don't have replaceable internal batteries.
Most likely hard wired.

The detector by the floor is the LP gas detector and it is hard wired. It sometines will chirp and nusiance alarm when the batteries are low. It can detect other types of hydrocarbon gases. Like anything else they can get old and fail. Hit your house battery disconnect (if so equipped) or otherwise disconnect the house batteries and "reboot" it. It may clear. And charge up your batteries.

Your CO2 detectoe is on the ceiling and it takes 9 volt batteries.

Low battery voltage will set it off and it is a LP detector not carbon monoxide.
