That is planning ahead. I think you might want to let folks know a little bit about the Roaming RVers. I know with the GA RVers some folks wanted to know if everyone was invited. Maybe after retirement in 788 days, we can make some of these away camping trips.

We are very much like the GA RVers, most have belonged to both groups. We probably go more often and select a unique destination for each trip. We even play that little dice game. Tend to gather on the 2nd weekend of month but that is not cast in stone.
Of course everyone is invited. No real rules, just camping fun and fellowship. We would like to give 2-4 months advance notice on where were going. Anyone can take charge and get the gathering going.

That might work great for us. That is just after my skydiving event in Fitzgerald in March. We will be ready for a break after that

That is a bit of a trek for a weekend. According to Google Maps it is 7 hours from Atlanta. Maybe after we retire we will have time available for longer hauls. Maybe next time.

This sounds like a great idea and a good area. We would make it a four day weekend for us maybe Thurs-Sunday.
On a different note is anybody interested in a October gathering, maybe a local place like Fort Yargo?
