All was working well this morning. For reasons unknown hot water flow dropped to less than 1/2 of normal. No one was messing with any plumbing, no one was under the coach storing stuff, nothing unusual was going on... Cold water flow is unaffected.
We have a 2006 Winnebago Adventurer.
Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this????

Water filter would effect both flows if that were the problem.

I guess it could be but it only affects hot water. Cold water is normal.

I don't know where your hot water heater is located, but mine is under the sink, perhaps some put something in there or where ever it is and knocked the by-pass valve partially closed. Bill
another thought would be your anode or heating element broke some flakes off and is blocking the outlet.
Another thought - sediment build up on the bottom the tank is blocking the fill tube, if you have a heavy mineral problem, it should be drained at least once a month to prevent build up.

My vote goes to the water heater bypass valve(s). It(they) may have been inadvertently tweaked restricting flow out of the water heater.

Is it all faucets or just one???? If it's all faucets, check the bypass valve or water heater for an obstruction. If it's just one, the screen is probably plugged. You might have a separate screen just prior to the HWH that could be full of sediment. Do you have a separate filter on the HW line? Lots of things, all minor and easily fixable....Good luck...let us know what you finally find....Dennis

My shower head has a valve in it. If you shut off the water with this valve but leave the faucets open water can recirculate lowering the flow at the other faucets. Just ensure that the shower/tub faucets are closed.
