I have an 2007 Fleetwood Niagara
I have noticed an inadequate volume of gas flow when I am using the stove top burners, the oven & the outside 2 burner stove at the same time. I cheated up the gas pressure to 12"WC as advised by a LP gas tech, did not notice a difference. Has anyone out there increased the supply line size or added another line to increase gas flow at the rear of the trailer. The original line is 1/2" copper tubing. I have checked and find no restrictions in the lines or at the connections. I also checked pressure at the regulator low pressure outlet when this demand is needed and the regualtor is maintaining pressure at that point. When checked at the end of the line the pressure drops to about 5"WC with the oven, stove top & outside 2 burner is in operation. It appears the line size is inadequate as more appliances are used at the same time.

The pressure should not drop that much.
I don't remember the spec, it might be .5" or so with ALL appliances on, that's the design spec. You have a 'issue'.

Altho I have no oven, I noticed a smaller flame using my stove outside on one camping trip. When I got ready to pack it in, the gas hose pulled loose from the stove via the quick disconnect with no effort applied, i.e., it wasn't secured properly. Next time I used the stove I made sure the hose was properly and tightly connected and had no issues with the flame. Could it be you had a poor connection? Has anyone used WD-40 on those connections with good results?

You might want to check the pigtails coming from your propane tanks. It seems they have a tendency to clog. On a recent trip, one of our tanks ran dry so we opened up the other tank. The tank was full but would not allow any gas to flow. We ended up switching position of the tanks to keep going.

The pigtails checked ok
.
The quick connection is good---if used alone it's fine.
.
The problem only occurs when multiple appliances are used at the same time ie the oven, a burner or 2 on the stove top & the outside 2 burner stove connected thru the quick connect. All appliances in use at that time have a reduced flame and the oven really suffers the most especially at higher elevations.

Odds are it's the regulator. They are supose to feed appliances totaling 80K BTU. The same as the Acme nut connection to the tank.

But regulator should not cause only a pressure drop at the most remote point ---as noted in the OP Teed in @ the reg low pressure service port I still have 12" WC----it's near the end of the main line that I see 5" WC. When several appliances are on at the same time.

The regulator controls not only presure but maximum volume as well. It will show the pressure as fine until it's volume limitation is neared or hit and then the pressure drops. Unfortunately there's no adjustment for volume only pressure.

I fully understand that part-----But----the pressure is maintained @ the reg port---but note near the end of the main line.

Then it's either a crimped line or a bad quick connector. Finding a crimp can be a real pain depending on how they route the line.
