the fitting to check pressure is after the vavle, so the valve is working. i did find out that the regulator is adjustable and adjusted it to 11 inches. i figure if it has spark and gas it should start, but they may be more to it than that.

it is an Atwood model 7916-11 if anbody knows where i can find a service manuel or some help in fixing this thing!

Try putting Atwood 7916=11 into google, and look at some of the answers there...there is a bunch.
