Thanks Heidi for the invite. You forget, I have a two year old nephew. I know all the names of the cars in the movie "CARS", all the Bob the Builder characters, and Clifford and friends. (T-Bone is my favorite.) LOL.

HEY GANG! HOW DOES THIS SOUND?
There has always been some question about "OFFICIAL" and "UN-OFFICIAL" rallies. So how about we try and put this one to bed.
What do you think about making any rally that is discussed and planned at our October rally a "OFFICIAL" rally? The host(s) would then be eligible for a dangle for their sign.
Any extra gatherings of the group would be "UN-OFFICIAL", and no dangle would be awarded.

Do your new rules also cover "sanctioned" and "unsanctioned" rallies?
I think when a person spends time to contact a campground, or lets everyone know what sites are still available on a regular basis, and organizes activities and food, they deserve a dangle-y. If I post that I am going to West Branch on site XYZ this weekend in case anyone wants to join me, that is not a rally. Just MHO.
If anyone wants to go to Rome 64 A.D.? this weekend to visit (the apostle) Paul, I have that going on at St. Hubert's! There's lots of room in the church parking lot for rigs, but no hookups. However, a fantastic river view!
