Get the make & model off the fridge and you can download a service manual from Here

Some more information would be helpful, make and model. Does it work on the electric setting?

1995 Jayco 207 SL Eagle,it has a norcold fridge,to dark to get #s tonight, when I try to lite you here it clicking and there is a flame at the pilot, when it quits clicking the flame goes out and a red X appears on the control panel,I have 12 volts and I would assume gas because of the pilot flame I get at start up,it works great on 110.

The X is the "check" light on a Norcold. There is NO pilot flame. There is just the flame. The odds are you have a defective Spark electrode or a dirty burner (debris). Once you get the model number, I will know if you have a Thermocoupler, but I do not believe Norcold used a Therm on models in the last 20 years. Doug

Check the burner for any rust debris that may have fallen down and partially blocked the flame or the flame sensor.
