Two guys, out in the wilderness, winter camping. Sorry, but all I can think about is the scene in Planes Trains and Automobiles where John Candy Tells Steve Martin his hands are between two pillows and Martin howls "Those aren't pillows!!" Remember to run around asking "How bout dem Bears!!!" Pleasant dreams.

Battery: Don't you need the battery in order for the furnace to work? If so and you don't have your battery hooked up and you try to use the furnace and it doesn't work, it could be cause it needs the battery.

The furnace will run off the converter if the rig is plugged into shore power. It will provide the 12VDC.

JMHO, but I would have the battery hooked up just in case you lose electricity. Then you have a few hrs. to run the furnace, lights etc.

Don't like the view?? Then change it and Go CampingOur pics
