Hello,
Wife and took delivery on 2012 Adventurer 86 FB and noticed after our 1150 trip back from dealer that there is a slightly concaved ripple on rear overhang. Sent pics to service warrenty dept and also went to a local rv dealer and rv tech said that sometimes its normal?? Huh??. Also have some some surface rust on Three of the electric Happijacs. Whats the best way to paint them? Thanks.

You're talking about a smooth flat white surface here, the worst possible scenario for body work. Every imperfection is going to stick out like a sore thumb. VERY difficult to get a perfect smooth surface, especially at the price point campers are built to (yes, even the fancy expensive high-end models). Bet you'll find some sort of ripple or burble on ANY new camper you look at.
Document the ripple and monitor it. If it gets worse then put more pressure on the company to fix it under warranty.

I have a few areas on mine where you can see slightly raised areas in the filon. They occur where the plywood seams are located. Its definitely not delamination as they were there early on when the TC was brand new. They have never gotten any worse. Its a situation where the factory just didnt hide the seams as well as they maybe could of. Its probably not a whole lot to worry about.

I would not worry about the jack rust. Just spray it with silicon and let it go. Your instruction manual show tell you to spray the jacks.

i dont have any ideas on painting the inner tube. id imagine it would take paint like anything else though. ive seen some posts on here about using bed liner on the outside tube.
at least they fixed some things for you right away. thats good.

Yes they have been helpful so far with any issues. I was thinking just applying some rusto leum high heat black spray on rust spots. So how do you like your Adventurer 810ws??
