Planning a trip to see the Reds play and would like to find a campground in the area. Any suggestions or does the Stadium have a parking lot for Motor homes that would allow overnight parking?

Thanks

Happy Trails!!

I wouldn't park all night the stadium is not in the garden spot of Cinn. Hell no place in Cinn would I park. Kings Island has camping and several other places within 20 miles.

I wouldn't stay in Cincy either. I would suggest somewhere in Northern Kentucky and Winton Woods has been suggested by a friend.

Here's your best bet for close to the stadium. Nice park for being close to a major city.

Crittendon KY, Cincinnati South Campground, 30 minutes from the stadium, FHU, safe and clean.

Well I decided on a hotel in Ky. that has a shuttle to the stadium.
Coming up in May -- my nephew is a Red's fan so this is a birthday gift.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

We stayed at Little Farm by the River in Rising Sun, Indiana last year and saw St. Louis and Cincy play. Its not a bad drive, also the Zoo is a good day trip. I would also recommend the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Ky a short drive.

Little Farm by the River is in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Just off the I-275 loop that if you take it south into Kentucky will circle you around to I-75 north right to the ball park. I know that sounds like alot but it might be half hour or so. Also Little Farm by the River is next to the Casino there. If you go ask for a site down by the river. They are big and you have a great view of the river.
Winton Woods is a county park that has a very nice camp ground. It is surrounded by residential suburbs Greenhills, Finneytown and Forest Park.
Kings Island doesn't have a campground any more. A couple years ago they sold the ground and now there is a Great Wolf Lodge there.
Cincinnati South in Crittenden Kentucky would also be a good choice, used to be a KOA but no longer.
Do you know when you are coming up? There are several big events happening in Cincinnati this summer. The World Choir Games are early in July and there is a NASCAR race also in early July.
Enjoy!
