While I don't agree with halibutman's tone, I too was none too fond of your, "you could get money, call a lawyer" reaction.
Upon reflection, I probably shouldn't have made that post. Just trying to suggest a course of action if the OP was unhappy, but I agree that things are way too litigious these days.

I sure hope you weren't too annoyed. I could not agree more with your Torklift recommendation. Every buisness should take a page from their playbook. They are the finest most upstanding company I have dealt with in the last 10 years. Do they occasionaly have problems... yes, but they go out of there way to make it right and that's all I ever ask of a company.
