Torklift is an excellent company and makes great products. I too have wrote a testimonial for them, don't know if they ever used it.

I sure hope you weren't too annoyed. I could not agree more with your Torklift recommendation. Every buisness should take a page from their playbook. They are the finest most upstanding company I have dealt with in the last 10 years. Do they occasionaly have problems... yes, but they go out of there way to make it right and that's all I ever ask of a company.
