Just wondering what everyone considers their favorite pass in Colorado....also what you consider the "scariest" pass..

All are "favorites" and the scariest is the one with snow on it!

Wolf Creek Pass. It even has its own song.

I haven't seen a pass in CO that I didn't enjoy to the fullest.

I would say that Red Mountain pass is the scariest, deadliest and one of the prettiest.

Speaking of Colorado mountain road songs... Black Bear Pass

I don't really have a favorite, but Williams is only open now and then to off highway vehicles depending on conditions in the high country. Jones Pass is really nice on top and not heavily visited and can be driven to in a car. In and out only, not a through road anymore.

Scariest? Though not really considered a pass, Red Cone probably gets my attention as much as anything... if you mess up, it's a LONG way to the bottom.

I like Trail Ridge Rd in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park - it's BEST when accessed by Fall River trail (certainly NOT RV-friendly!!)

Colorado Hwy 14, from Laporte to Walden. Because it takes me along one of my favorite fishing streams- The Cache La Poudre River.
