We bought a Shark brand cordless vac. It has a rotary brush and works pretty good. O.K. now that I look like an add for Shark----the first post didn't post.

Good question - we've been looking for one a long time. There are lots of them on Amazon but hard to tell which ones are really any good.

I found the small handheld dustbuster type vacs are better than those Shark vacs. My Shark vac hit the dumpster after 6 months.

We use the handheld dustbuster 14.4VDC model (Lowes) in our trailer. I have it setup behind a cabinet door setting in its charge holder all the time. Always charged up and ready to go.

Works pretty good for us. great for sucking in ladybugs when they come out in the fall.

Like others on here have posted we use the big electric VACS to do our big time clean up coming back from trips.

DeWalt makes a really good one but it is not cheap. It take the same 18v battery as the rest of the tools.
