I am looking for a good back up camera. Mostly to put on the back of fifth wheel for a view at a towing vehicle. Not sure to go wireless or not. Have been looking at the voyager wireless system quite pricey at about 700.00. Any more ideas let me know thanks.

I've had terrible luck with wireless. Intermittent operation, static or the camera fogs up. Wish we could find a 3~4" visor mount unit that is hard wired.
I look forward to reading the responses.

I bought one from Tadibrothers. It was the wireless bracket model with a 7" monitor for about $275. I ve since undone the wireless portion and ran a cable. Real happy with it now.

Check out ebay, there are several vendors that supply complete kits. I've had one on my rig for five years now, wouldn't be without one.

I second for RVCAMS.COM. Did real good by me and helped with all problems encountered until completely satisfied.

Great company

Check out Costco. Just purchased and completed the install today. It is hardwired and it works great!
At $299 it seems like a good buy. The company is called Rear View Safety, they are located in the US.

Good advice. I followed the above advice last year and purchased the Voyager WVOS511 Digital wireless system. Can't say enough good about it! What sets this unit apart from others is it's siginal is digital
(no outside interferance).

Here's what I need to keep an eye on behind the 5er.

Don't bother buying one on Ebay. It won't work. I put one on my 5th wheel. I placed the camera on the back and ran bell wire to the front. Wired the transmitter and camera to the front running lights with the transmitter on the front of the 5th. Hooked up the screen and receiver in the truck. Worked great until you move then static and a lost picture even though the transmitter was only 15' behind the truck. Someone said buy a home 12v security set up and I'm looking into it now.
