Just what does this mean in layman terms. This is what I get sometimes when RV.net does not accept a post, I go over to the other portal and post the exact same post just fine.

Using Google Chrome?
Try another browser. Don't see a fix but it seems a problem with Chrome.
Sounds like the browser did not send the data you typed in the reply box.

Have used Chrome constantly since it was released, and I'm an above average poster, and use the RV.Net portal, have NEVER seen this error...

The error code is generated by Chrome. It was very common a couple of years ago for user of Internet Download Manager, a shareware download manager.
What caused your problem, I cannot say. Do you use Internet Download Manager?

If you're using Chrome, it's been known to be caused by addon extensions. Try using Incognito Mode by holding down CTRL+SHFT+N, and see if the problem still exists. This mode will temporarily disable all extensions.
