We have stayed at Atlanta South Campground. It is right off the interstate near McDonough.

If by chance you're still looking, we're in Jones RV Park. Not real modern, but easy in and out ... good access to I85. Pull through sites, 50 amp ... certainly fine for the night. By the way, the office is closed for the weekend ... honor system.

Look at Perry, about 80 miles south of Atlanta. There are 4 campgrounds here. Two just off the interstate. We need your business. I live here (retired). Come on up.

Several nice COE parks on Lake Lanier north of Atlanta. I like Old Federal near Flowery Branch. Also a great State Park in Winder (east of Atlanta) isFort Yargo State Park. Both are great campgrounds for overnight or for an extended visit.
