If you are sure you want to permanently glue it, use Liquid Nails.

Some glue will eat the backing off the mirror and make spots on it. Choose carefully if you use a glue.

I mounted a mirror on the wall in the living area of our trailer and used a mirror adheasive purchased in a tube from the local Home Depot store. It replaced a smaller mirror that I removed from the wall by sliding a thin, flexible wire behind it and sawing it off from the existing adheasive. Took a while but it came off cleanly.
