I-40 to 1-25 north to Santa Fe, North on 285 to Espanola, then 68 north to Taos. Pretty much the only way to go. Roads are good, no major inclines.

Enjoy!

The exit for North on 285 in Santa Fe is closed. Take the truck route around Santa Fe and then merge onto 285 towards Espanola. It is also faster. I'm headed that way tomorrow.

Just watch your speed on the 599 bypass, there are alot of lights and speed changes. Have fun in Taos. We spent a month in Eagle Nest, just east of Taos in June/July it was so cool and green!

It's a great area!
