First timer, I have a problem with my AC system not coming on. I am not getting any control voltage (12v) power I do have 115v power to the AC I have looked at the circuit board and it does not have a transformer located there. The AC and Heater work off the same thermostat can someone tell me where the low voltage transformer is located. It is an RVP airxcel AC unit.

if you are referring to the roof top or basement mounted A/C ... yes you must have 120vac power , either your generator must be running or you must be plugged into shore power
it does not run from batteries, only the thermostat and control circuits are 12vdc

You need to give more details. Do you have a wall thermostat that controls both AC (ducted) and heat? Are you saying there is no 12V power? Have you tried any 12V lights or fan in bath? I really don't know what transformer you are looking for. You should have a converter that keeps your battery charged that may be defective. The converter is usually located close to the floor on the inside. Do you have an attached 12V battery? You have given us almost no information about your set up. Do you have a MH, travel trailer, fiver??

oops .. i read it backwards
is the battery disconnect in the battery's on position
12v power comes from the house batteries,
the converter should be supplying power but the switch must be in the correct position
if you have lights and water pump but no thermostat power then there is break in the circuit, blown fuse, bad wire connection, master switch?

You ask where the 12 volt transformere is for the T-Stat and controls.
There isn't any
it uses the house battery system for 12 volt control voltage.
The following is a list of suspects in no praticular order
Converter
Battery
Connections between them
Disconnect switch
Fuse (12 volt house panel)
Broken wire
Oh, and last but not least, Your furnace, The T-Stat may take it's 12V from the furnace (Check the fuses that feed it too).

wa8yxm, I have checked all of the above, everything in the camper works ecept the heat and ac. It may be a broken wire,I've checked all fuses, connection that I can find,and pulled panals off both units and checked for shorts and found none.

RVP WALL tstats have a 12 volt glass fuse ON the tstat circuit board. Check that fuse. Doug

If everything is working except the heating and AC, I would think the only common connection is the thermostat. Check for the fuse as dougranier suggested above. If not the fuse, then defective thermostat or broken wire connecting to thermostat are the next possible leads. Good luck.
