Any info about Lincoln Trail State Park, Marshall, IL? Went to my usual haunts: RV Park Reviews, RVthereyet, and CampRate and found nothing newer than Aug 2010. Want to stop there on our way home to StL, MO some time in the last couple of weeks of Sept, and would like to get some current info. Will be driving our new Sportsmbile "B", so size won't be an issue. No pull thru's needed just need electric and a nice place to camp, preferably with nice showers. Probably only be a night or two, as we won't have the full complement of gear on this maiden voyage.
Or a nice place approximately half way between StL & Huntington, IN? Always open to an alternative route! Open for suggestions and advice.

Camping in a Sportsmobile. How much better can it get?
Nice campground. Clean, quiet. Stayed there in 2011. Nice camp hosts. Dont know about the showers as we used ours. There are several loops to pick from. All have electric. Water and dump stations are on site. Nice lake and bike trails that loop around the park. Wouldn't go out of our way to stay there but it was a nice weekend and a great place to relax.
