I tried that set up and was not too happy. I was never was able to get the NGP antenna to tune. When I keyed my mic, it gave me a red light, like it was not getting a good ground. I may be using an inferior radio. My radio is a tuned
Cobra 29 Classic. My antenna was a Wilson. I am now using a Firestick.

Why do you want it mounted on your mirror? I would not think you could get a good ground (a lot of the morrors are pot metal or plastic), and higher is better in this instance.

I have never hhad to pull any fuses on my 08 wrangler. We generally never travel more 6 to 8 hours per day and always start the Jeep each morning for a few minuets.

Flush valves
Could some of you folks tell me if most of the later model Class C's come with some kind of no-fus-flush valve? I know it is an inexpensive add-on, just wondering?

Oh Johnrd, that was wrong. All of us do not want diesels. You must be proud of your diesel, the price of fuel, the cost of maintenance, replacing fuel additives when you get fuel and not to mention the cost of the coach.
I am ashamed of you. Let us gassers be.

A 35 foot motorhome on a Gas Chasis that is getting 8 mpg, seems to me to be performing great. I would not change a thing.
