Mike...i hauled in a 9lb king salmom there two years ago.
What exactly is a SALMOM anyway?
Not sure what that is either...but sounds like Its worth a shot to throw in a few casts! :C

Actually, there was a guy named Sal from Brooklyn who Jim camped with one time. Jim caught his mom that day, but I'm sure she was more than 9#, more like about 94.

OK nothing has been said but are we having a potluck Saturday evening? Any other meals together? Sorry I had to throw a schedule in there. No one has said anything and Dottie and I were trying to plan our meals.
Joyce, first of all, a belated happy birthday to you. Second, yes, of course we will be having a pot luck on Saturday night. I mean, it wouldn't be a gathering without a pot luck, now would it? :B
I believe we have the pavilion reserved, and we should probably plan on about 6-6:30 ish! Of course, followed by a campfire. Should we ask what everyone wants to bring, or just take "potluck"??

Just found out today we will not be able to attend. A vendor from work offered me extremely great seats and perks to attend Preakness in MD on Saturday. Can't pass up seeing Orb make a run at the Triple Crown.

For over three weeks I had no definite plans of my own except Friday May 3rd and no flights. Suddenly on the evening of May 2nd I get a desperate call for a trip also on May 3rd.
I booked Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun for Sauder Village and no one had any flights scheduled, until last nite someone now wants to do an overniter Thurs morn into Friday afternoon after this company has had nothing for over three months and nothing scheduled for the next three months. Told them I could only do a one day on Thursday or I have the first three days of this week and all the following week if they wanted an overniter. Oh how I love being on call 24/7/365....NOT!!!
I remember a time when I used to pay for the privilege of being able to fly! Now you complain because you get to fly AND you get paid to do it!!! And you want us to have sympathy? I don't thing so! :S :B
